Let us cook at NPC homes

Dear Sims Team,

Please let our active Sims cook when they are visiting an NPC home. My active Sim was invited to her NPC son's birthday party where the caterer failed to make a cake. I tried to bake one with my Sim and the son got mad at me and told me what I was doing was inappropriate. I understand if I had just met the Sim then yes, it's a good reaction, but if they have a strong prior relationship or family relationship there should be an option to at least ASK if we can use their kitchen.

  • @ellenmayberry Sims can already do that if they have the reward trait "Always Welcome" which is available for only 500 satisfaction points at the Reward Store. You can access the store by opening the sim's Aspirations panel (press G) and click on the little gift icon in the upper right corner.

I do agree that it's a bit awkward to get kicked out of your son's house for cooking for him, but then again, 500 points is very little for that permanent reward. It will also allow that sim to use any object on any sim's lot. By the way, I give that trait to ALL my sims.
