"Level Up Video Gaming Skill" always appearing as a Work from Home assignment

I'm not sure if this is by design, but I have a Sim studying in university working as a social media influencer. She always works from home, and I've gotten the "Level Up Video Gaming Skill" assignment several times in a row. She entered the career with Video Gaming Skill level 2, and now she's at level 6.
