Re: Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game
When I try to launch my saves it says I need to buy and download packs that I already own. I have already cleared the cache and completely reinstalled the Sims app. What do I do?

Hey kastlles , did you make sure that you are using the right account to login to EA app? You might be using a different account that only contains the free base game version of The Sims 4, which would explain why you're not seeing the packs.
Are you seeing the same username on this account? If you go to your purchase history, do you see anything? If it shows blank but you have made purchases through EA app in the past, this might confirm the second account theory.
