Ready to play the sims 4 I cleared my cache on the EA app and it would not load, I restarted the app signed in and it said pathway does not exist. So I uninstalled the EA app and and tried to repair the app, restarted my computer as it suggested and not when I sign in I get an error code.....EC:10001

EC:10001 is typically attributed to a routing issue between your home network and EA's servers. Because the error is ISP-related, clearing the cache or repairing the app itself won't help. Okay I tried using my mobile device, but I clearly don't know what I am doing because I paired my laptop and mobile phone but did not see anywhere to log on to the EA app.
One user said they used another vpn and again not being computer savvy, I don't know how to do that.
