Kitilark62 When in the social menue of the sim's phone, scroll down almost to the bottom, there should be a special entry to call the Emissary.
The quest event week of 2/26/26 I have to complete a task to call and chat with the royal envoy, but when I try to call her, she is not appearing in my social tab to call. I looked online and read that I can fix it if I turn on cheats and type in "sims.get_sim_id_by_name marina corsair" to get her sim id to summon here but every time I type that cheat in I get "sim not found" I tried this cheat on 2 different save files, and went to my home lot on each save file that are in different worlds and she is not appearing anywhere near the lot or in the nearby neighborhood.
What I want to know is if there is any other work around to get her to spawn or find her to complete this task. I can't post this or look for this issue on the bug forum because that section of sims 4 ea forums is not responding at all for anything on 2 different devices.
Hopefully I can get this fixed soon since this event is timed and I don't want to miss out on the rest of the free rewards.
There should be an option in the social tab on the phone that says “ call the Royal Envoy”. You may need to keep scrolling down a bit.
