Lot Corruption Due to Hidden Lot Inventory - Can It Be Fixed?

Is there a way to access and edit/delete the "hidden" inventory associated with a lot from build mode? One of my lots is corrupted (error code 111:41812468:7f5d1931) and I'm not able to load it in live mode. I'm pretty sure whatever is causing the corruption is in the lot inventory (household inventory?).

I've done the standard troubleshooting of disabling mods, deleting the localthumbcache, and repairing the game. The lot itself works fine when its placed from the gallery so I know its not anything actually on the visible lot itself (also bulldozing didn't work). I was able to narrow it down the the lot/household inventory by using the residential rental lot system and creating two units - the existing lot inventory went into rental 1 and a blank inventory was created for unit 2. I'm able to load into unit 2 just fine, but unit 1 causes the same error message as before.

Unfortunately, I can't roll back this save - whatever item is causing the corruption must have only became a problem within the last few updates - even the archived version of the save that's almost two years old has the same problem (and I've definitely used the lot since then). I really want to figure out what's causing this, lol, so I don't accidentally corrupt a new lot.

Edit: I found a workaround for this specific lot by turning it to a residential, moving in a sim, and then moving her to a new lot. But now I'm playing hot lot potato with her. Will killing her destroy her inventory? Or do I have to do something weird like move her into lot 2 of a multifamily and then re-class it as something else later?

Edit 2: rolled back the save, evicted and then deleted her. It worked! Not sure why I didn't try this first, lol.
