Lovestruck “Elongated fountain emitter” bug

I can not replicate this. Is your Graphics driver updated? What are your graphics settings?

My graphics driver is fully updated and my settings are included in this photo.

This is still a thing. My fountain looks just like PRXNCESSxD photo.  I'm playing no mods vanilla. I've just updated and repaired my game. I've loaded in to a fresh save and placed a lot which uses this object and noticed it's still ugly. I've changed my graphics settings here and there and never noticed the fountain looks any less broken. The water effect floats above the actual pool edge as if it's been sized down but it has not been. Photo of my graphics settings:
