Lt. Agnon (from Batuu) is missing!

Hi everyone,

This is not the first time that a key NPC is missing from my game.

For some reason, Yamachan is missing from my game, and a random NPC is chosen by the game to be the town mascot.

For now, when I travelled to first order district, Lt. Agnon was just not there. I've re-loaded, re-travelled to this area many times and searched everywhere on the map, and Lt. Agnon was just not there, which means I couldn't do the First Order tasks.

I tried a previous save and found Lt. Agnon, but that was a very early save and switching to it would mean lose everything happened ever since.

So I was wondering, is there a way to get this NPC back so that I can play the Batuu tasks?

    @brianw_1119  There is one way I can think of, although it's unsupported.  It's a good idea to make a backup copy of your save file, or perhaps the entire saves folder (in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4) before trying this, in case it goes wrong and you need to revert to the previous version.

    Make sure your sim is in a world other than Batuu, then disable the Star Wars pack in Origin (the pack is GP09):

    Load your save, let the game clock run for a few sim-minutes, save your progress, and quit.  It will be like you'd uninstalled the pack.  Then reenable the pack in Origin, load your save, and it should be like you just installed it for the first time.  That should (hopefully) include the default version of Batuu and all its NPCs.
