Male Spellcasters look pregnant

So the Simeon Silversweater guy has a belly. I made a spellcaster family in CAS and the dad has a belly. He is a masculine Sim with athletic build with a big belly that won’t go away. I haven’t had this with female Spellcasters just males. The look pregnant it’s so weird please fix. I am on Xbox NO MODS!
