Stranded on a random lot because of a fire.
I was bouncing from fishing location to fishing location by traveling to a random lot and looking for fishing signs. Because I had no interest in visiting the sims who lived there, I never knocked on the door to gain access. As my Sim is fishing, I get a notification that the lot I had traveled to was on fire. I can't call the fire department or extinguish the fire myself because I didn't get into the house before it caught on fire, but the owner of the house also won't call the fire department or extinguish the fire. I can't travel or take control of my other Sim on my lot because a fire is in progress. do I just have to wait this out until the house stops burning or is there something I can do to either put out the fire or leave? also, is there an easier way to access fishing locations without risking being trapped on someone else's lot?Dream Home Decor does NOT WORK
This is an issue for both console and Pc players. The dream home decor pack is getting worse and worse. For example the requirement says to add a bathroom being so and so squares. It doesn’t not show that you even built any room. Even though you clearly have. Therefore makes you have to forfeit the job and leave with a bad review. This has happened since the release of the pack forever ago. If your task is to build a whole new level to the house it doesn’t let you. Therefore having to forfeit the job as well. Another issue that was just recently started was the wants and likes do not match what is in your job icon below to the wants and likes that’s in build mode. Along with not being able to leave the house unless you cancel the job that is already done. It’s a hot mess of a pack. For a $20 pack I’ve never got to play the full play of the pack. Literally the only pack that gives me the most issues.Console crash 8/12
Had this save for over a year I keep getting error code 109 and told to relaunch the game. searched it up and it’s related to mods and custom content, neither of which I have. Owning business won’t work, rentals and vets won’t either. Adopting dogs and cats won’t work. Game crashes constantly, thank goodness my auto save has been working but I had to forfeit the save I keep free to mess around in for a duplicate save."Contains New Items" in CAS won't go away.
Hi everyone, I have the gold "Contains New Items" icons in CAS under rings and bracelets. I have taken off all filters and checked every age group and there are no new items showing. I believe it's content from Crystal Creations as I don't have any bracelets available and only 2 rings. I know in the pack you can make tons of jewelry but according to the CAS list 15 rings and 13 bracelets. Can someone please help because it's driving me absolutely insane seeing "New Content Available" and not having anything new show up!! Thanks!

Hi, I keep getting the above error whenever I try to travel in my Sims save. It only seems to be happening since the newer update. I've uninstalled The Sims 4 basegame and all the packs which I have purchased and later reinstalled. This 'fixed' the issue for a time, enabling me to once again be able to travel. I have also deleted the save on the chance it was somehow currupted and then went on the last file where everything worked. Again, this worked for a while but then it reoccured again later on. I'm a console user, have no mods or CC, I have many expansion packs, kits and game packs to this. Please can you advise me what more I can do to rectify this with some instructions as some things I may not be familiar with? If not, please let me know if steps are being taken to fix this issue.
