Manage Jobs, and NPC Jobs

I think there has to be two job updates, because I'm sick of having the "wrong sims" in some jobs. For example Vlad being a food vendor.

Also, it's sad that not only can I not choose any NPC for a job, I can't give my played sims "NPC jobs".

Here are my suggestions:

• We should be able to manage sims' jobs in Manage Households.

• We should be able to give our played sims "NPC jobs". This doesn't have to be complicated. When you play a sim the job is a rabbit hole job. When you play with another household you can meet the sim with an "NPC job" when they are at work as a food stall vendor, a bartender, a maid, a mail deliverer or whichever "NPC job" they have. Also, the "NPC jobs" could be jobs where the sim can't be promoted, they can only get a raise.

And if this is added it can be advertised by putting an official version of Kaylynn Langerak on the gallery!
