Married sims have the sisters bit after patch

Hello, i currently have 3 different households where my married sims have developed the brother/sister or super sibling bit. Thought it was my mods but its still there even if i go back to vanilla. I cannot delete the bit either, it comes back as soon as i leave the household. Is anyone else having this problem?
