Mean Streak is stuck

Only way I know how to cure this is using MCCC.
Not in game at the mo', but I think it is this
Click on affected sim - MCCC | Cheat Sim Info | Mood/Buff Control
Leave the box blank and click OK
Look through the list for a buff with the word phase and mean in it.
Click it - gone :)
