as the picture states missing content 7 required packs, which i have them all and they are all installed. yes ive restatrted the gaame launcher multiple times. yes the game is updated. what should i ...

Hey @poxxss , which packs are you missing exactly? Have you tried clearing the EA app's cache to see if that helps?

To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache
