Missing Event Items from Lost Legacies and Missing Event Tab

I've completed the questline for Lost Legacies and it hasn't gave me the event items from the rewards tree. Also their isn't an Special tab showing so I can't access event items, I'm currently playing on Steam Deck so don't know if this makes a difference
