missing house

my house has completely disappeared? the house i’ve spent weeks building has completely disappeared, but the furniture js still there, floating. it’s been saved multiple times and has never had issues before. 

i’ve recently downloaded the new businesses and hobbies expansion pack, could it be that? i don’t have any mods or cc.
