Missing slide bar on foundations.
Since the last patch i can not use foundations, the slide bar is missing. I have already got a new folder, and repaired the game 2x. Its now on repair 3, cant see any reported bug for this, so has anyone got any idea what could be causing it, i have no mods or cc.
