More lots
Please could sims create a special package where you can get more lots because i love to build and make households. But the problem is we don't have enough lots. I think a lot of people in the sims c...
@SqueamishNerdIn TS3, can you travel from Sunset Valley to another world (let's say, Isla Paradiso)? I never have EP in TS3 so I don't know.
If can't, then I prefer TS4 over TS3 even at the cost of open-world. It will be pretty boring living in Isla Paradiso forever and if wanted to live in another world, need to start a completely new game. Big nope.
I hope they update the map too. I want to see a more lively Starlight Boulevard. The one we have now feel so bland and dead. The Pinnacles also looks flat, and bare without tree, but when we enter into the live mode, The Pinnacles isn't flat, Bailey-Moon Manor is on lower terrain than Chateau Peak, the surrounding also full of trees and beautiful. I don't think updating maps will put a weight in the game especially it's a 2 dimension image.
Another interesting thing to add is the map will change depending on the season (this mean TS4 Team need to create 4 maps for each world). And would be better again if the maps also look different depending on the weather (rain, sunny, thunderstorm, blizzard, etc), this means far more maps for a single world.
Oh, and we will know immediately what the weather is from the map without going into live mode!
@AndyZhang2896I also hope that they will make so that you don’t have to have a loading screen in the same neighbourhood, or at least that if you go from one house to another, in the same neighbourhood, the first house is still loaded. I wonder why that’s not the case, because now it seems like the whole neighbourhood is loaded again when going from one house to another house in the same neighbourhood.
@AndyZhang2896 I think that would be related to the 'open world dynamic' for loading - going from one lot to another in a manner in which you have full interaction and are considered to 'be there'. There are some situations where you can pan around a bit further than the lot and not interact. There are also situations where you can explore and walk around with the sim. Ie... You can follow them as they go for a walk/jog, walk a dog, explore hidden lots or worlds (like Sixam) and caves, explore for items to collect or when fishing, go on vacation to and have them interact, you can vacation at Granite Falls or Selvadora, for just a few examples. It feels a bit like a 'compromise' to me.
Me too.
