Mt. Komorebi slopes and Sulani Oceans

Last night my Sims were able to access the slopes on Mt. Komorebi.  This morning they cannot access the slopes.  They also cannot access open bodies of water.  My Sims cannot ski, snowboard, sled, scuba dive or swim in open bodies of water.  I created a new game.  Same issue.  I don't expect EA to fix this.  Swimming in the ocean has been broken since June.  Skiing on the slopes and swimming in the ocean were some of the best features of the Sims.  It's the end of an era.  You know, I bought an entirely new computer in June.  Installed an entirely fresh copy of the Sims 4 with an entirely fresh copy of Sulani.  My Sims still couldn't swim in the ocean or scuba dive.

UPDATE - I repaired the game and fixed the issue.  The issues that did not get fix:

1 - Sims still cannot swim in the ocean or scuba drive.

2 - The lower levels of the Secret Lab in Strangerville can only be access once.  After the Sim leaves the lot and returns, the lower levels are no longer accessible.  This makes it impossible to complete the Strangerville Aspiration.
