My gallery is completely corrupted and the battle pass won't open on my game.

When I go to the gallery in my sims game, everything has a red x across it and corrupted. Another problem I'm having is that the battle pass won't open up in my game. When I click on it on my sims 4 ...

I have a norton vpn but its currently turned off. I don't think that is the issue anyways because  my gallery was just fine before. I don't know what may have happened.

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. Be aware that your claimed event rewards will also be gone for the time being but you will get them back with your other things.
    • Start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

      I followed all your steps but it didn't work. My gallery is still corrupted.

        @anthonyslif3 Could you post a pic of your gallery ?

        You say you turned off norton, did defender turn on when you did that ?
