@anthonyslif3 as you didn't sign in to a microsoft account ? That shouldn't affect defender. I only have a local account and still have defender.

It def looks like the issue where some antivirus software is blocking your user folder.

Unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions. Maybe someone else can help you further.
