My married sims can only massage each other... help??

Hi! I've been having some issues with my game. the past few save files I've started, as soon as my sims get married- they can't do any romance interactions. I've tried many different things after going through topics here, and answers forums. It includes (removing all mods, moving the sims out and back in, resetting them, deleting their invisible skeleton, repairing the game, updating the game, and other things). I would really like some help!

All feedback is helpful, I am literally willing to try anything!!

    @Brookewielenga Always the same specific couple or any couple you try ?

    Have you checked their relationships that there's no relation that could block (there's a bug where married Sims become siblings)

    No it's not just once specific couple, it's been quite a few (7 or 8), and I checked and they aren't 'siblings' or related in any way. It is also just married sims, they can romance Randoms, and other members of the household...
