My Sim will not eat

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Xbox Series X
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Base is 22.0.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have a ton like parenthood, university life, get together and dine out.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have one sim in particular who Will not eat. Any drink or food he will set on the table, sit there forever, and do nothing.
What happens when the bug occurs? He won't eat.
What do you expect to see? He should eat the food or drink the water.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

It’s only one sim this happens with. Bizarre. The others are fine. If he’s going to refuse food, make an animation for it. Child-age.

    @eg_moneyy Does this happen for both getting food from the fridge and food that's already set out ?

    Have you tried moving the family out and back in ?

    1. I just had 3 sims die in the same household after they wouldn’t eat. They’d make food, get takeout, snacks etc etc. they’d grab the food, sit in front of it with the food task in the task bar…. And not eat. And keep doing this until they died. I don’t have any cc/mods, I don’t even know how to do cc/mods. But I would like to make sure this doesn’t happen again before ever decide to play again. Thanks!

    @Jbabi5 Have you tested several households to see if the same happens with all Sims or just a certain lot ?
