My Sims 4 Save won't load

I loaded a previous save a couple days ago and that managed to work. I only lost 10 minutes of progress or something which wasn't too bad. I forgot to post that I got my save back. But thank you anyways!!!!

GalaxyGirl051005​  Sorry for the late reply; I missed your response initially.  Try loading the save after yesterday's patch.  If it doesn't work, try loading a different, unplayed household within this save.  You can also try moving your main household to a new lot, either a blank one or a default EA-made build.  Both of these are tests, not a suggestion to abandon your current household and build.

And keep looking for a lastexception.

On a new account because for some reason I couldn't log into the other one.

I did what you asked and no new LE appeared. Is there anything else I can try?

GalaxyGirl05​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load your main save, and if and when it doesn't work, look for a new LE.  If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.

Please test with your Mods folder removed.  You don't need to save your progress.

Forgot to mention this: I made a brand new save file and that seemed to work just fine, however when I went back to my original save, it still wouldn't load.
