My Sims can't practice yoga by themselves

Hi. I am typing this on my phone (I am currently on the computer playing. My Sims game has the latest patch 1.108.335 (...). I am just curious to know why my Sim can't practice yoga by themselves (the option doesn't show up anymore) as far as I know I don't have anything that overrides it. Thanks in advance for the help!

    The instructor's mat is named Serentiy Now - Instructor's Yoga Mat and has a much larger footprint than the other two mats, to provide room for the student mats. The description of the mat also mentions that it's for instructors.Finally, the instructor's mat has commands related to instruction, such as Hire Instructor, Lead Yoga Routine, and Teach Yoga Class that the other mats don't have.

    You are probably using an Instructor mat. Use one of the other yoga mats to practice by yourself.

    But how am I supposed to know that? Cause I can hire the instructor (see the previous image I attached here). However whenever I place one mat from buy/build mode into the world and search on the practice yoga option (without needing to hire the yoga instructor) that's when it doesn't show up.

    So, I am confused. @Sketch793

    I didn't know this until now (since I usually don't read the items descriptions in game). And yes, now I know why my Sims couldn't practice yoga at home before.
