My teen isn't aging up
I'm not sure where to ask this so here I am. I've never had trouble aging up my sims, but I have a teen who will not age up. The cake with candles gives him no options to age up. I've tried the promo...

Also is queuing bugged or is that just the sims? I have to sometimes queue something like 'bathe toddler' and eventually get someone else to do it. They all just stand around doing nothing, as if the game is hung except there are still things moving, just the sims stop cooking, doing homework, working out etc. I have to log out into the main menu and back into the game.
There are a few things that I would try:
- Reset the sim:
