My Toddlers will not sleep

This just happened today I've searched online in attempted everything that I've read might help. I've deleted my mods from my folder and aged the toddler up to a child then back to a toddler. I removed the beds and replaced them with new ones. I'm desperate! I want to play but I can't if this keeps going on; as it causes the kids to get so upset and the mom can't keep up with her own needs due to attempting to get the kids happy. I've even had the rest of there needs all up but they will still not sleep.
