My vanilla game will not load

I have no cc's I have no mods I have a vanilla game that will not play it stays on the loading screen until I shut my computer off I have not been able to play since the latest update if you guys could please take 2 seconds to look into that I'd very much appreciate it because I am dying without my Sims
