New Age/Jazzy Music After A Fire is Out?

Has anyone else gotten "new age"/"jazzy"-style music after a fire was put out? I got it along with the message from a fireman. I also received a notification about insurance covering the damaged property.

It was the first time I've heard it — and it went on for longer than expected, like what felt like 30 seconds to a minute.

• It was in Live Mode.
  
  
• It was the Sims 4 melody.
  
  
• I went in to Buy Mode, and the jazzy music was still playing on top of the Buy Mode music.
  
  
• Actually, a stereo was one of the items that burned in the fire, but it was playing Winter Holiday music — not smooth jazz fusion.

What is the jazz music about? Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed it, but it was unsolicited music with no identified source. Where'd it come from?
