New stair tools not working
The new stair tools are not working. I can adjust the railing but cannot flare the stairs. The additional arrows do not show up. I have no mods or anything and I have repaired the game.

Does it work if the stairs are not attached to anything? So just place the stairs in the middle or garden or something away from anything, should work then (hopefully) as I have found they don't work if on a platform for example.
