new update

Hi,

after the latest Sims 4 update, most of my previously purchased packs are missing in-game.

In EA App they are shown as installed, but they do not appear in the game.

Newly purchased packs work correctly.

I have already tried reinstalling the game, repairing it, clearing cache and reinstalling packs.

It seems like a problem with my account entitlements.

Could you please fix or refresh my account?

  • If you go to “My Collections” in the marketplace, they may just need to be activated.
