No calendar with seasons installed

So I tried the repairing and the clearing cache. Afterwards I removed all mods, but what's odd is in the same save file I start as a new household and the calender shows up, however I use all save files new/old and there's no calender. I'm just assuming I'm doing something wrong 🤷‍♂️. I tried adding one by one from my current household to the one I was originally playing in and back and forth to see if I could get the calender to show in the household I wanted and it removed it when I moved the character I made, but not when I used the townie my character married. I think it's something to do specifically with my character? I'm willing to take more suggestions.
