I have been having this problem. When ever I try to cheat, it never works. The only cheat I can do is motherlode (the +50,000). I always type the cheat the whole way, press enter and whatever is in the text bar disappears and I don’t get tithe notification the the white box below or anything. Plz help I have tried many things and when I type in testingcheat true thing, and it tells me cheats are enabled.
@dey-and-nia, The first thing I have to ask is do you have any Custom Content (CC) or Mods in your game? 🤔 If you do, then you need to temporarily remove them and then test your game to see if that helps. If that fixes the problem and you still want to play with Mods or CC, then you will have to add them back one at a time to see which one caused the conflict. Another thing you can try is to repair your game though the Origin launcher. 🙂 If neither of these things work, then I think you might either have a bug or a technical issue. If you test these methods and they don't work, then it might be best to post your problem in the Sims4 Technical Section or Bug Reports. But try the other things first since that is what everyone will ask you to do anyway! 😉

@PugLove888said some really great things, but a small addition to that: Not all cheats work everywhere, so make sure you're in the right game mode. The most of them work in live/build mode but not in the map for example 🙂
