@Martab612 You say you removed mods, but did you remove the whole Mods folder and delete the file called localthumbcache? (That cache holds some memory of mods/CC, among other things.) Even if you did, try this clean folder test:
- Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Start a new game, load a family with an infant, and age it up.
- if that works: Exit, copy your save files (not the folder!) into the new Saves folder, and use Load to bring up your previous save and test it
