No live mode

I can get into world selection and go into build mode but live mode will not load. Just goes on forever and ever lol I've taken out all mods and CC,restarted it,re installed sims and EA app I've repaired my game through the EA app set it to run as adninistrator....I'm at a total loss😓 It will not go into live game mode only build mode from the world selection screen....please I hope someone can help! I hope it's an EA issue that they're tryin' to fix UGH lol Thank you in advance!!!🙏🏼

    Please try the clean folder approach described here: 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428 

    First try a new save, if that works, just put a copy of your save game back. Check if you can then load the household.

    If not, check if you have any lastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    • Delete the ones you have
    • Trigger the error again
    • Check if new ones are created
    • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

     

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
