No one at the Vet office

I had to take my cat to the vet clinic so I went to Brindleton Pawspital. No one's there. I've been there all day, and there's no one there--no vets, no patients, no one. This is the first time it's happened, and there was just an update.

I tried re-loading a saved version from before it happened, and it happened again. I've tried rebooting. I do live in Willow Creek, but there's no vet there. I guess I can start over, but I was hoping there was an easy trick to try.
