No spectors showing up in Paranormal Pack

Bought the Paranormal Pack yesterday and there are NO spectors...my Sims will get scared of nothing and say "How cute their faces are..."? But I have some kind of glitch where I can't see them. I also am not getting any advice from Guidry? He just gets summoned and then moseys around the house. 

Anyone else having this issue? And what should I do about it?
