First, I think it's wild there isn't a customer service email or number to assist with game issues. Every time my Sims travel to town, there are no buildings or people to interact with. In my 30+ years of playing this game, I've never encountered this issue. Can someone please assist me.
The same exact thing just started happening with my game. I have no idea who to contact and so far your forum is the only one I've come across that discusses the same issue. I've tried restarting the game and auto-rebooting it. Nothing has helped, even when building a brand new park myself, my sims were unable to enter the area. Have you had any luck since then, or know who to contact to help?
