Can no longer edit roofs with my mouse
I have to admit I don't do/haven't done a ton of house editing but today I was trying to modify a roof on an existing house and noticed that my mouse was not working right at all. I would left click or right click on the edit arrows to stretch a roof longer or shorter and nothing was happening. it would not even act like it saw the arrows. Maybe the problem is with my mouse or I need to reprogram it (I have no idea how to do that if it needs being done) It is a Logitech mouse and it seems to work perfectly on every other program so that's why I suspect it is the Sims and not the mouse giving me migraines.
Sims remain visible in Build Mode
Game version: 1.125.59.1030 DX11 Platform: PC (EA App) Since yesterday, my Sims remain fully visible and frozen in Build Mode instead of disappearing as they normally should. The issue happens in every save, including brand new saves. The Sims cannot be clicked or interacted with while in Build Mode. They just stay frozen where they were when Build Mode was opened. Troubleshooting already attempted: Removed all mods and CC Disabled script mods Tested with a completely new "The Sims 4" folder Cleared cache and localthumbcache Repaired the game through EA App Tested DirectX 11 and DirectX 9 Created a new save Restarted the PC The issue persists after all these steps.Camera makes front-facing wall invisible in Build/Buy
I logged into TS4 for the first time in several months to do a build project when, while making the first wall, I flipped my camera around and, wouldn't you know it? Only the windows were visible from that side, no wall. It's like one of the live mode camera settings yet I've made sure that those setting were, indeed, off, and that I was in fact in build mode. I troubleshooted with the game's graphics settings to no end. I unfortunately cannot attach a photo as the F12 key on my keyboard is broken, and this seems to only happen in build mode. I hope that this is specific enough, ask any questions you want. Never used CC/Mods on this account.Screen Cut Off in CAS
In fullscreen and windowed CAS, I cannot see the right edge of my screen, this cuts off multiple selections. I have reset all of my settings to default to see if this would solve the issue, but no luck. I can see the "Check" mark and the "X" at the bottom right, but only the items that can be edited are cut off, such as hair, outfits, eye color, etc.Ghost child on a swing
While visiting a beach location, my sim came across an invisible child on a swing set that is not part of the beach lot, just in the neighborhood. The swing is moving, but nobody is on it. Whenever I visit a lot with my Sim and they go inside the building, the game becomes extremely bugged. Instead of behaving normally, my Sim seems to disappear inside the building as if they are entering a rabbit hole. I can no longer properly see or interact with them, and gameplay becomes very glitchy while they are inside.
