not able to make a baby

Hey! I have the problem, that my sims are not able to make a baby. They can wohoo but not try for a baby. The Interaction is showing and i can also select it. But they won`t do anything. I removed all mods but still have this issue

    @JeniJenfred 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    @JeniJenfred Does it happen with all your Sims or only a specific couple ?

    If it's a specific couple, could you check on their romantic satisfaction (if you have lovestruck) and see if that shows in their profile ?
