Not able to read Magic Skill books from RoM Bookshelfs

Hey guys and girls

So! I got this problem (which I figured out pretty quickly, only involved  one of my Sims)

But it seems like, that he is in some sort of bug, I think it might be, where he is unable to read books for his Spellcraft & Sorcery Aspiration, but he can read every other books, from the same bookshelf.

As my other Sim has no problem reading every type of book, then it proves, that it has nothing to do with the bookshelf, but my Sim himself. But one thing, that also is kinda triggering me, is that. He can take the books from every other bookshelves in the house, but not the 2 I had put into his Sorcery room.

Any ideas?

I will leave a picture for showcase (If you're curious what language it is, then it's Danish)

Looking forward for your advice.

    @TobasiHD from your attached picture, it looks like your Sim can't actually reach the bookshelf. Is something blocking access (plants, wall decorations, lights etc)? If you move that bookshelf to another room, can the Sim use it?

    @TobasiHD I would definitely try to look into the suggestions made by @Thats_Me_Madz! It could well be that something is blocking the path of your Sim. The issue could also be related to the part of the wall in the hallway. There is always a work around for it. Click the bookshelf and click the option open. Search the book you want your Sim to read and move it into the inventory of your Sim. Open your Sims inventory en click the book and the option to read it.

    @Trismagistos Yep its the blocking path error, sim can't reach location, if it is a double sided bookcase make sure the arrows of the bookcase are pointing towards the center of the room.. Also make sure plant objects arrows are pointing towards the center of room. Sims won't be able to access stuff if there is object access collision.
