Not being able to select a dish

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Deutsch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I try to get my sims to cook, I am unable to choose a dish, they are all grayed out and you are not able to click on a dish.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims are not able to cook
What do you expect to see? Normally the dishes are not grayed out, are clickable und my sims would start cooking immediatly after choosing a dish.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. My sims are not able to cook anymore since installing cottage living. ‌

Hello,

since cottage living came out my sims are not able to cook anymore. It is different from the other unable to cook bug and I have not seen other people having this issue aswell. When I want my sims to cook something the list of dishes you are normally able to cook pops up but I am not able to choose one of the dishes and the list is totally grayed out. I click on a dish and nothing happens.

I attached an image showing this issue and have no mods/cc installed. I also tried to fix it by repairing the game but it did not help. Thank you in advance.
