Occult eyes broken again?

After the update, noticed the occult eyes not only broken just in spellcasters that never was fixed, but also in Vampires where the "fix" was redirected to. I think since the Occult trait coding was restructured, it gotten more broken since it never was truly fixed. Also the alienpart trait seem nolonger work I used to fix the spellcaster eyes bug.
