I was literally just talking with a friend about how we wish werewolves would make a return to The Sims. And fairies would be extremely fun - the University pack introduced sprites, and it feels like some fairy sims would be the next step (and fit right in with Realm of Magic as well).
Totally agree re: adding more stuff for currently existing occult Sims, too. Right now spellcasters and vampires are pretty fun, but I feel like mermaids, aliens, and plantsims don't get as much love. And since there are aspirations for vampires and spellcasters, it feels like other occult types should have them too.
@xochiquetzl_xkvn I especially love the idea about a Xenoanthropologist aspiration for an alien sim!
