"op generation failed" when moving house on lot

I'm gfetting a "op generation failed" error whemn trying to pick up and place a house I've build, or when placing it on a different lot.

I've tried saving the lot and putting it down on different lots or worlds, and placing it from the gallery, without success. Renaming the Sims 4 folder also doesn't work, neither does repairing the game.

The error only occurs with this specific lot, but I can't see any reason why this might be happening.

I don't have any mods or cc in my game right now.
