So I've downloaded a house from the gallery and wanted to change the colour of the stairs, however I cannot replace the stairs at all, I just get the message 'op generation failed'.
I've tried deleting all the object around it, expanding the rooms around it, etc, doesn't work.
The stairs go from the basement to the ground floor; the stairs that go from the ground floor to the first floor could be repaced ok.
Any idea what the error means?
I'm being Capt. Obvious, but did you try to delete the stair itself? Or have you tried copying it and placing elsewhere, change the color then place it on top of the one that is there.
Not sure what that error is about. It sounds like the stair is not being recognized as a valid object that has color options. Just a guess though.
If you provide a bit more information, I will take a look at the lot. What is the lot name and who is the creator so I can find it in the Gallery?
