Origin didn't recognize the 50% off sale

So I bought 4 packs off of Origin. Laundry Day, Spa Day, Dine Out and Vintage Glamour to be exact. I did it by clicking the icons in-game on the main screen and adding them all to the same cart, because it's quicker than buying them all separately like Origin makes me do. Well, in the cart it recognized the 50% sale off of the game packs, and had their price previous price crossed out and the new one instead. But with the stuff packs it showed me the previous price crossed out, and instead of the new price in front of it it was the exact same price. The 50% sale wasn't apparently recognized. I still went along with the purchase because I thought it must've been an error or EA's part, but I'm thinking I'm probably a fool for doing so.

So my pack cost ended up being 39,70€ instead of 29,80€.

Has anyone else met with this issue?

What can I do?

How can this happen?

I don't know what to do, or if I can do anything at all!
