Overlay Disabled

Hello everything is fine ? I recently purchased my The Sims 4 with some expansions, however there are some worlds/cities that I am unable to enter or use the benefits of the expansion because the following message appears on the screen:

ALERT:

Game Overlay has been disabled in the external application. Access the Application Settings to activate this feature.

However, I have already entered the EA app settings and nothing works, because when I enter the overlay tab it says that it is already activated, I have already tried deactivating and activating it again but nothing happens, I need help.

    @1Emyy_ 

    That one or more of your third party game overlays has been disabled (they are not enabled in the EA App) will have no influence on your ability to run any expansions you own and have installed. Please post any error messages you receive when trying to access a world that was part of an expansion you have bought and installed. If a World is grey it means it is not installed.
