Pack not working

Iv spent a lot of money on all the games and packs and add ons and yesterday they are all missing also wouldn’t let me open my saved games and it’s all deleted 😭 when I click on one of my house worlds it says you already own this pack but doesn’t work. How do I contact as iv spent a lot of money for these games
