MERMIC2011 Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether Get Together is deactivated. If it is, you can enable it with the Pack Selection button.
If GT shows as not installed, or it's not listed at all, let me know where you own it—in Steam or in the EA App—and which of these launchers you're currently using to open Sims 4.
